First Monday Trade Days in Canton, Texas is considered the largest flea market in the United States.
It is the oldest, largest continually operating outdoor flea market in the USA, operates on hundreds of acres, and provides spaces for about 6,000 vendors.
We've been visiting First Monday for years, actually for decades, and always enjoy the experience. We've designed this website to be a simple, straightforward information resource for visitors to First Monday, as well as for travelers to Canton, Tyler and the surrounding East Texas area.
We are dedicated to promoting Canton and East Texas, and the many positive aspects of life here. However, this website has no connection or affiliation with, or sponsorship by, the City of Canton or First Monday Trade Days.
This website is not meant to be a complete, detailed source of information about First Monday, but a starting point for getting oriented to the area, and planning a visit to Canton. Many other websites operated by the City of Canton, the Canton Visitor's Bureau, and individual pavilions provide more specific information.
Canton trade days are held Thursday through Sunday prior to the first Monday of the month, year round. The 2013 schedule of Canton First Monday market dates is available on this website.
